Browse Warren County 72-Hour Releases

A Warren County 72 hour release list would collect people released in the last 72 hours and help bridge a weekend or multi-day gap. Warren County does not publish a labeled official three-day feed, so the period must be rebuilt from dated official sources. Warren County release records, custody events, court entries, and state corrections reports serve different groups. A wider window reduces the chance of missing an event, but it does not turn a current jail roster into a release log. Each result still needs a date, release type, and destination.

Warren County 72-Hour Releases

No distinct official rolling Warren County 72-hour feed was located as of July 19, 2026. WCRJ links a dynamic current JailTracker tenant, but the jail publishes no stated three-day retention window or refresh schedule. A sequence of roster checks is not an official archive. Names may vanish because of community release, an alternative-custody move, a transfer, or data timing.

The practical three-day method uses three calendar dates. Search VINE for the person and examine events from that span. Check each matching Kentucky DOC Daily Releases PDF for a state-linked case. Ask WCRJ for an exact release record in an ordinary local booking. Then use the court docket to explain the legal basis.

Weekend caution: A three-day search catches more dates, but administrative lag and transfers still require confirmation by the originating agency.

Check Warren County Three-Day Releases

Write down the start and end dates before searching. “Last 72 hours” is a rolling period, while DOC reports are calendar-date files. This difference matters near midnight. Use the known booking, court, or custody date to avoid checking the wrong span.

  1. Search the official Warren JailTracker tenant for current custody, treating no result as inconclusive.
  2. Search Kentucky VINELink by name or identifier and record the agency, event type, event date, and update context.
  3. Open the DOC Daily Releases archive for each of the three dates when a state-linked case is plausible.
  4. Call WCRJ at 270-843-4606 and ask for custody status, exit date, release disposition, and destination when releasable.
  5. Request the booking-and-release sheet and compare it with the Warren court order or docket event.

Warren Three-Day Release Fields

There is no verified Warren feed with guaranteed columns. A proper three-day record set should instead be built from fields held by WCRJ, DOC, VINE, and the court. Not every source carries every field.

FieldUse in the 72-hour check
Name and identifierSeparates same-name records and bookings
Release date and timePlaces the event inside the period
Release typeDistinguishes bond, discharge, supervision, or transfer
Released-from facilityIdentifies the custodian that recorded the exit
Authority or court orderExplains why the status changed
DestinationShows community exit or continued custody

The DOC PDFs show DOC number, name, release type, released-from facility, and highest felony class. They do not show photos and omit routine local bond releases. WCRJ records are needed for those local events.

Warren Weekend Release Checks

A wider period is most helpful after a weekend or holiday because one same-day check can miss the relevant date. Still, no official source confirms special WCRJ weekend release rules, fixed processing hours, or a holiday posting cadence. Do not infer those facts from office hours.

Check every calendar date in the span. A court order may precede physical exit, and a VINE alert may arrive after a system update. For one named person, the Warren County released inmates lookup shows how to reconcile jail, VINE, court, DOC, and federal sources.

Request Warren Three-Day Records

The Warren County open-records page identifies WCRJ as a covered agency and states a ten-cent paper-copy fee under KRS 61.874. Ask for the existing booking-and-release record for the exact person and date span. Include a booking number or date of birth if known, and seek the exit time, disposition, authority, and destination.

WCRJ may also be contacted at 920 Kentucky Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101, WarCoJail@ky.gov, or 270-843-4606. Ask for releasable, redacted portions if part of a record is exempt. Juvenile, medical, sealed, expunged, security-sensitive, and protected personal material may be withheld.

Warren DOC Release Archive

The date-by-date Kentucky DOC archive is more durable than a rolling roster for sentenced state cases. Some PDFs list Warren County Jail in the “Released From” field because state-linked prisoners can be held there. That fact is useful, but the archive is not a Warren bond-release list.

Release language changes the meaning. Mandatory reentry supervision means institutional exit into supervision. Shock probation is a court-ordered probationary status. A minimum-expiration discharge differs from a discharge with a detainer, where another authority may follow. Confirm the next status through KOOL, VINE, or the receiving agency.

Note: No official Warren jail mobile app or separately labeled 72-hour release view was verified in the dated research sweep.

Warren VINE Three-Day Events

VINE is designed around a named person, not a countywide list. Search Kentucky by the exact name or an offender or booking identifier. Compare the source facility and all displayed identifiers before treating the result as a match. Then read the event wording. “Released” or “not in custody” in one agency's feed does not rule out parole, probation, a detainer, or custody under a different authority. “Transferred” directly signals that custody continued.

For an expected event, registration may be available by phone, email, text, TTY, or app. Phone registration uses a four-digit PIN, and entering it during the alert acknowledges the call. Alerts are useful leads, but the originating agency holds the authoritative custody record. When reconstructing the last three days after the fact, record the displayed event date, the facility, and the update context, then compare them with WCRJ or DOC.

The Kentucky Attorney General says jail-release calls can repeat every 30 minutes for up to 24 hours until acknowledged. That alert cycle is not the same thing as a public 24-hour or 72-hour Warren release feed. It follows one registered record.

Warren Court Release Dates

The court file can explain why custody changed within the three-day window. Look for bond or recognizance orders, dismissal, judgment, sentence credit, probation, shock probation, revocation, an amended judgment, or another release-related order. Circuit Court handles felony and capital matters. District Court handles misdemeanors, violations, traffic matters, and early stages of felony cases.

“Disposed” does not mean the person walked out at that moment. Another case, warrant, hold, or receiving agency may keep custody in place. Pair the order with a WCRJ release timestamp, VINE event, or DOC Daily Releases entry. The Warren County Court of Justice page identifies the clerk as the starting point for official case copies.

The Warren County Justice Center is at 1001 Center Street, Suite 102, Bowling Green. The Circuit Court Clerk's office lists 270-746-7400 and weekday hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Older files may have moved to a records facility, so obtain the case and file-locator numbers from the clerk before pursuing an archived record.

Warren Federal Transfer Checks

A three-day gap can include movement into a federal system. WCRJ's official Federal Transport page confirms a local role in moving federal prisoners for the U.S. Marshals Service. USMS manages federal pretrial detainees but offers no general public prisoner locator like BOP. For a federal pretrial case, use the federal docket, counsel, or the appropriate district contact. After designation or sentence, search the BOP locator by register number or by name with age, race, and sex.

A BOP result marked “Released” or “Not in BOP custody” means the person is not then held by BOP. It does not rule out another custodian or federal supervised release. Immigration detention is separate. Search ICE by A-number and country of birth or by exact biographical details. ICE says its locator can include current detainees and people released from ICE custody within the prior 60 days, but excluded records and unresolved searches may require contact with Enforcement and Removal Operations.

Warren Three-Day Status Changes

A three-day period can contain more than one custody event. Someone may leave secure WCRJ custody, enter restricted custody or home incarceration, transfer to Kentucky DOC, and then appear under a new agency in VINE or KOOL. Recording only the first disappearance can produce the wrong conclusion. Build a short timeline with the source, date, event wording, facility, and destination for each step.

Warren RCC is separately reported as a nonsecure county component in Kentucky DOC weekly jail statistics. Those population tables confirm that the component exists, but they are not a named-person locator and cannot prove one person's release. WCRJ's Home Incarceration page says placement is court ordered and requires onboarding through the Class D office, a working telephone, drug test, and GPS ankle unit. That person is out of the jail building but remains under a monitored court status.

KOOL can show a prison, county jail, or District 03 location. A district location generally points to community supervision, not final discharge. An “ABSCONDED” label concerns an alleged supervision problem and does not prove current jail custody. Read sentence, location, projected release, parole, and maximum-expiration fields together. Kentucky DOC states that KOOL receives daily entries and updates, while warning that material newer than 120 days may not be finalized.

When the three-day sources disagree, preserve the displayed dates and request the underlying record. Ask WCRJ for the booking and release sheet, the clerk for the controlling order, or DOC for the release authorization and sentence calculation. The dated agency response is stronger than an undated roster screenshot.
